Time to focus. We will meet on the mat to explore the possibilities of your mind and body. Yoga is an expansive yet uniquely individual practice. In this all-levels class, you will be introduced to the dimensions available through yoga with thoughtfulness, breathing, curiosity, and play.

BE WELL IN 2022 - Dr. Shelly Farnan and the Be Well Team from Burrell Behavioral Health
This Be Well Experience will focus on experiencing brain health practices in the moment and in healing connection among participants, putting brain science into action in real-time.  What happens as a result?  Professionals returning to their various roles, with their own self-care top of mind and a brain health plan in development.

Our comfort zone isn't just some cliche made up by life coaches so they can encourage you to "Grab your power and bust out!". It's biology. We are literally wired for safety and, with that, comes an oh-so-comfy, you guessed it, comfort zone. So, how do we level up our life when that comfort zone runs deep in our biology? We learn to redefine fear and use it as a tool to propel us forward.
