Description: Weather permitting, fellow classmate James Hammel and friends plan to perform various genres of music involving jazz, pop, rock, and blues selections. James currently resides in the Ashville, NC area and has performed for countless events and venues. He has completed three albums with a fourth in progress.
Note:  Thanks to the generosity of several classmates the concert is open to all THS '74 classmates.

Event: Trumbull Eagles Football
Place: Trumbull High School McDougall Stadium - 72 Strobel Road, Trumbull CT 06611
Date: Friday September 27, 2024
Time:  7:00 p.m.
Description: This is the home opener for the season and it is a nonconference game between the Trumbull Eagles and Fairfield Prep Jesuits. New turf was installed during the summer.
Note:  This is not a planned reunion event and admission fees will be charged when entering.  All '74 classmates that participated in both varsity football and cheerleading will be recognized in a special pre-game ceremony.  Anyone planning to attend the game should email us at THSreunion74gmail.com.

Event: Tour of Trumbull High School

Description:  The high school has undergone many renovations over the past 15 years that include a state-of-the art auditorium and senior lounge.  Plan to meet at the front entrance of THS at 8:45 a.m. Please email us at [email protected] if you are interested in attending.

Time: 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Description: Weather permitting, join us at Old Mine Park for a relaxing valley hike and a carry-in picnic lunch. The hike is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Park and meet at the side of Old Mine where the original dam/bridge was located. Bob Lyon will be leading the hike from there along the old railroad bed through the valley. Lunch is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. at the covered lower pavilion. Thanks to the generosity of several classmates, the Class of '74 is providing an assortment of light sandwiches, snacks, and water to help supplement the meal.
Note: There is no need to register or sign up. Just show up for a fun time!

Note: Free admission to the park. The pavilion has electricity. Alcoholic beverages other than beer (cans only) and wine (box only) are prohibited.
