It's that time again! Whaaat Whaaat? TMI FAM BAM THANK YA MA'AM Alumni gathering. We had so much fun the last time, and we are so excited that we have even more people attending this year, as well as some who haven't attended an event since high school!
We have several events for October 6 & 7th 2023. This alumni event is open to all TMI family alumni, & former teachers & staff. We have quite a list of interested attendees (primarily classes '91-'98). Below are the different activities - we need preliminary head counts for to see who would like to attend which ones. Thank you & we can't wait to see you all homecoming weekend. THIS IS GOING TO BE A BLAST!!

TMI SPONSORED BBQ Time: 5:45pm Official Info for BBQ from TMI is as follows: The complimentary Alumni Homecoming BBQ and Reunion is being held at TMI on Oct 6 2023. Alumni check-in will begin at 5:15 pm, the Alumni Pre-Game BBQ will start at 5:45 pm. Please ask everyone to RSVP to TMI at above link by September 28 so we know how much food to order. *Kids welcome
TMI HOMECOMING GAME TMI vs St Anthony's Time: 7:00pm Location: TMI Football Field (Alumni VIP seating) *TMI colors, face-paint, and TMI bells/pom-poms, for cheering on the Panthers (Help from TMI alumni department) *Kids welcome
LEGAL SCAVENGER HUNT Time: 9:00pm (or whenever game ends) Location: Start at George's Keep area (Eilan Resort & Spa) & operate within the local area radius *Open to anyone who wants to participate (Teams TBD) *No kids under 15 *Prize for the winning team!!!
EVENING ALUMNI SOCIAL Time: 10:30pm (after Scavenger Hunt) Location: George’s Keep La Cantera *No kids under 21
TMI ALUMNI SPECIAL DINNER Time: 7:00pm Location: Stonewerks - The Rim
SUGGESTED ATTIRE: Come as you are, but we suggested dressy/casual to dressy. Think "night out on the town". It's also football weekend so we won't turn you away if you are wearing jerseys LOL
*We are about to have a per person ticket price to Venmo Darren Van Delden. *We will have a 360 Photo Booth complete with props, courtesy of the Granado family! *Complimentary tickets for our FANTASTIC Door Prizes we will be giving away throughout the evening! *90s music Bumpin!!! *Best without kids under 21 but are still welcomed of you need to bring them!

We will all be staying in the La Cantera/The Rim area, close by TMI campus. There are many airbnbs that can be rented in the area and we provided some hotel suggestions below. Some will be staying downtown/riverwalk so that's all up to ya'll.

Do you need any volunteers?
Yes! We will need help decorating, handing out goody bags, gathering people to events, two people to be at the front of the restaurant making sure to check guest list & collecting tickets for dinner. Please contact us on what you can help with and for which day or both. We also would like to sponsor our OG teachers and staff for the special alumni dinner Saturday night, Oct 7th, so need those that can, to please chip in for their dinner ticket. We also don't want ANY reason for former classmates to not attend, so please contact us. We will be sending out emails soon with Darren's Venmo info for dinner tickets. We also need a sound system so if someone has a company they can donate for the event, or chip in to rent one, that would be great! Thank you!
