Overview:
This webinar will provide an opportunity to discuss recent changes in Minnesota’s Safe Harbor response to trafficking, exploitation and risk.

Specific topics for discussion include:
- connecting with Safe Harbor Regional Navigators and services
- developing community and agency trafficking and exploitation response protocols
- human trafficking prevention; trafficking and substance use
- child welfare response to trafficking and exploitation; identifying labor trafficking
- providing services for trafficked, exploited and at risk youth in a safe, trauma-informed way
- and implementation of specialized services in certified residential settings for trafficked, exploited and at risk youth.

The presenters will facilitate an opportunity for questions, feedback and suggestions for how to better meet the needs of trafficked, exploited and at risk youth in MN.
