Train the Presenter is a highly interactive course designed to help instructors strengthen their presentation and teaching skills through hands-on practice, group collaboration, and real-time feedback. Participants will learn the core models and standards used in Keller Williams University (KWU) training while building the confidence to deliver impactful, engaging presentations.
Throughout the course, you’ll explore proven teaching techniques, practice incorporating productivity-driven learning activities, and design a short presentation using KWU training frameworks. Participants will also have the opportunity to present to the group and receive constructive feedback that supports growth and continuous improvement.
By the end of the course, you’ll leave with practical tools, refined presentation skills, and a deeper understanding of how to create powerful learning environments.

Day 1 – Training FoundationsParticipants will learn KWU training models and frameworks and begin building a short presentation using these methods. This day focuses on learning the structure and strategy behind effective instruction.
Note: Day 1 alone does not count as course completion for those planning to take Train the Trainer Advanced in the future.Day 2 – Presentation & FeedbackParticipants deliver a 10-minute presentation and receive approximately 10 minutes of structured evaluation and feedback to support skill development.
Completion of both days is required to receive credit toward Train the Trainer Advanced.
