Event Rules

By attending the event, attendees and vendors agree to follow all rules:

***All advance ticket and table sales to NC Disneyana and Triangle events are final and nonrefundable/non-exchangeable. Kids 12 & under are free***

ATTENDEE RULES:
-Only authentic pins may be exchanged at events. While fantasy pins are technically permissible, they are not ideal and must be disclosed once someone expresses interest in the pin. If you are unsure whether a pin is real or fake, please leave it at home or report it to the event host on site before agreeing to a trade. Once a trade has been agreed to, the host has no ability to undo it.
-Anyone other than an approved seller caught selling or attempting to sell will be asked to leave. Those who decline to immediately do so may be suspended or banned from future events.

VENDOR RULES:
-Trade-only tables are only allowed to trade. Selling tables can sell and/or trade.
-Check In: Vendors must check in at the registration table between 12:15-12:45pm. They'll then be directed to a table to begin setting up. Parking is first come, first served. The back entrance door closes at 12:45 p.m.
-Check Out: Vendors may not begin packing up or leaving until 4 p.m. We encourage folks to stay until 5 p.m., but require vendors to stay until at least 4 p.m.
-Cancellation Policy: Vendors whose plans have changed must cancel their tables at least three days prior to the day of the event (i.e. a Jan 10th event would have an 11:59pm Jan. 6th cancellation deadline).
-Displays: No items may be touching or affixed to any venue walls. Individuals with wall spots may have small stands behind them, but those must not interfere with walkways or other vendors.
-Preview Posts: Every vendor is permitted to make one (1) preview post to the NC Disneyana and/or TriangleNCpinTraders Facebook group the week of an event. We don't allow for pre-sales, but we do permit a preview post to promote a vendor’s presence
-Violations: Late cancellations, late day-of-event arrivals and early departures risk forfeiting their tables and losing the ability to have a table for the next two (2) events. Repeat violators may face lengthier or permanent bans.

TABLE PRIORITY ORDER:

Immediately after a Triangle pin event, tables for the next event will be made available in the following order:

Group 1: Current Sellers
Group 2: Prior Vendors (those who previously had seller or trade-only tables and join a private FB group)
Group 3: General Public
