To ensure a smooth and fair process for all participants, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
1) Cancellation by Participant:- More than 90 days before the course start date (by November 5, 2024): Participants will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Between 60-90 days before the course start date (between November 6, 2024, and December 5, 2024): Participants will receive a 50% refund.
- Less than 60 days before the course start date (after December 5, 2024): No refunds will be issued. However, participants may transfer their registration to another eligible individual or defer their enrollment to the next available course.
2) Cancellation by Organizer:In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by All Ears Hearing & Tinnitus Care Clinic, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee. The clinic is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
3)Course Rescheduling:If the course dates are rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.
- Notification of Cancellation:All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the All Ears Hearing & Tinnitus Care Clinic via email. The date of the email will be considered the date of cancellation
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation request. The refund money will be deposited into the bank account nominated by the participant.
Please note: Registration and payment for the course by the participant will automatically mean they accept the above cancellation and refund policy.
This policy ensures that we can maintain a high level of service and accommodate the needs of our participants while managing the logistical and financial commitments of organizing the course.
