Join us on February 22 & 23 for a horsemanship clinic with Tyler Klees. A lifelong horseman, Tyler Klees has traveled the US starting colts, working with problem horses and educating equestrians in the art of horsemanship. Tyler studied and trained under renowned horsemanship experts Leif Forrester and Buck Brennamen before setting off on his own journey. He traveled between his home in Granby, Colorado and Wellington, Florida for several years teaching and working with equestrians such as George Morris to help with problem horses and give riders the tools to work with their horses in a better way. The essence of his teaching is developing a solid foundation of confidence and communication to begin the development of a refined, finished horse.  

While Tyler enjoys and applies the teachings from classical dressage, he has worked with just about every breed in every discipline. He has enjoyed working with competitive hunter jumpers, dressage riders, english pleasure riders, as well as working with western disciplines and ranch horses. Horsemanship is about the whole horse, not just any one particular facet of the horses life with humans.

February 23 : Translating Foundational Ground Work to the Saddle

Trailer in participants welcome, we require horses traveling to the clinic to provide a current Coggins and to be UTD on all vaccinations prior to arrival. You can send your Coggins to Andrea at [email protected].

Each session is $175, you can register for both days together as well (which is what we recommend).

Overnight Trailer ins are available for a $45 stable fee, the space we can offer is a private run outside with water, shelter, and a small space to move.
