About the Workshop

Unlock is a 2.5-day experience where participants focus on the human skills that drive high-performing teams: trust, collaboration, courage, and purpose. They practice clear communication, a new level of listening, and navigating complex challenges together, all within a structured group setting that mirrors real-world collaboration.

The workshop goes deeper than surface behaviors. Participants learn to remove professional masks, lean into challenging conversations, and fully engage with the team dynamic. They are given permission to go where they never go, to ask real questions about who they are, why they do what they do, and the magic comes from that. The collective environment creates a shared understanding and alignment that allows people to work more effectively together.
