Module 1: Defining Moments
In this module will help you to explore your defining moments and how they have shaped you as a person, your life and your outcomes. Learn how to change any unempowering meaning that you may have connected to these moments so that you can release the past and move into a brand new future.
Module 2: NLP Communication Model
In this module you will explore the Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Communication Model. Learn the connection between the neuro (nervous system /mind), linguistic (language – internal self talk and external communication) and programming (repeated patterns / habits) that you are using and how to alter one or all of these to get a better outcome.
Module 3: Neuroplasticity
In this module you will learn how to literally rewire your brain for change. You can change your mind to change your life by creating and re-enforcing new neural pathways in the brain and create new empowering habits and behaviours.
Module 4: Limiting Beliefs
In this module you will learn how limiting beliefs may be keeping you stuck in a holding pattern. You may not even be consciously aware of their existence. Explore what belief systems are impacting your life and learn how to change your mind to change your life.
Module 5: Reframe
In this module you will learn how to use the reframing technique to literally change the way you are looking at certain areas of your life and how to create a more empowering perspective and belief systems.
Module 6: Reframing Memories
In this module you will learn how to use the reframing technique to reframe memories from your past that are keeping you stuck in the past, to create a new more empowering story and new future.
Module 7: Preframe
In this module you will learn how to use the preframe technique to set yourself up for a more successful, predetermined outcome. Create expectations and divert attention away from any objections. Begin with the end in mind.
Module 8: Perception
In this module you will learn how to your perception of what is happening around you is impacted by your map of the world and your internal filtering systems. No one person has the same perception of reality. Learn how to change your perception to change your reality.
Module 9: Perceptual Positions
In this module you will learn how to look at things from various perspectives to alter your own perception of any given situation. Gain insight into different views of reality.
Module 10: Swipe Left
In this module you will learn how to disengage from disempowering thought patterns and focus on what you want instead of what you do not want to create more empowering outcomes.
Module 11: Opinion of Others
In this module you will learn how to trust in your own intuition and to honour your thoughts, feelings and desires and to rely less on external validation.
Module 12: Positive Mindset
In this module you will learn the power of a positive mindset and creative positive intentions rather than self-sabotaging your success by looking at things from a negative perspective.
Module 13: Shifting Subconscious Conditioning
In this module you will learn the power of subconscious conditioning and how to become more consciously aware of the conditioning we may have become subjected to that is impacting our success.
Module 14: Growth Mindset
In this module you will learn the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset. By adopting habits and behaviours of a growth mindset you will open yourself up to more opportunities for success.
Module 15: Change Your Set Point
In this module you will learn about set points, limits that we have set in our mind and that constrain our abilities and opportunities. Learn how to break out of set points that are keeping you limited in your capacity to excel.
Module 16: Where Attention Goes Energy Flows
In this module you will learn how to direct your energy onto what you want and focus on your intended outcomes. You will learn about the Reticular Activating System (RAS) in the brain that assists us to focus on what is important to us.
Module 17: Fail Often to Succeed Sooner
In this module you will learn to redefine the concept of failure, so that you see it as a stepping stone to success rather than a reason to not take action.
Module 18: Away From or Towards
In this module you will your tendancy to either move away from what you do not want to moving towards what you do want and how to redirect your attention to get better outcomes.
Module 19: Pain and Pleasure
In this module you will learn your tendency to avoid pain and seek pleasure and how to use each to increase your motivation and commitment to a chosen course of action.
Module 20: Placebo Effect
In this module you will learn the power of your mind in the creation process. What we think about, we bring about.
Module 21: Nocebo Effect
In this module you will learn the opposite to the Placebo Effect, the Nocebo Effect, where something where we believe that something that is harmless to us can cause us harm and how this impacts the outcome in a negative way.
Module 22: Decide on What You Do Want
In this module you will learn how the brain has a far easier job focusing on what it does not want in its role in keeping us safe and how this keeps us from developing new skills, habits and behaviours and how to turn this to get a clear vision of what we do want.
Reflection on where you have come so far with mastering your mindset. Time to reflect on the mindset shifts that you have made and the impact that these have had on your habits and behaviours and ultimate outcomes.
