Community is throwing Anniversary party celebrating 50 years of Urban Edge! Community will celebrate those who have helped us house thousands of our neighbors and benefit programs to help resident leadership, affordable housing, and family wealth-building. In the upcoming year, we are planning several events – including a Summit on trending topics on housing based on the stories we have learned and the principles of social justice and racial equity. We plan to celebrate our past and current clients, donors, volunteers and staff during these events. We hope you can be a part of our year-long celebration.

Like last year, our event, Community, will be a chance to gather, catch up, and celebrate the community. Join us on Thursday, May 23 in celebrating our resilient communities. This year’s event will be elevated, as we will celebrate the 50 years of our founding back in 1974. We will reflect on the past, honor people who have helped get us there and point toward the future. Community promises to be a passion-filled interactive celebration you’ll never forget. The event offers an opportunity to network with neighborhood leaders, visionary businesspeople, and dedicated public officials supporting our mission.
