Welcome to Mortenson's celebration of the 25th anniversary of Women in Construction (WIC) Week! We are thrilled to invite you to join our team for an evening of networking and inspiration!

This year, our theme is "Celebrating 25 Years of Disruption and Empowerment." This theme aims to acknowledge and celebrate the innovative women in our industry who have disrupted the status quo while empowering others to do the same.

During the Happy Hour, you will have the opportunity to connect with other women in the construction industry and celebrate their achievements and contributions. We will have a short presentation that will include a welcome from our company, an award ceremony, and a short video. Entertainment, food, and beverages will be provided. Not only will you have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals, but you will also be able to learn from the experiences of successful women in the industry and be inspired to make your own mark in the field.

We believe that by empowering women, we are empowering the industry as a whole by creating a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
