Curious about how to 'food'? Let’s explore together!
This Spring 2025 educational series is co-sponsored by the Cha Chi Ming Endowed Fund and the UW Osher Center for Integrative Health. This virtual series on digestive health invites you to explore the profound connection between food, digestion, and overall well-being through a unique three-part journey.
Developed in collaboration with the UW Medicine Department of Gastroenterology, this engaging series offers flexibility for attendees to participate in individual sessions or experience the complete program. Each session is thoughtfully designed to provide valuable insights into the essential relationship between nutrition, digestion, and health.
