As the Official Military Appreciation Partner of the Valero Alamo Bowl, USAA is supporting a scholarship opportunity for military spouses stationed in or around San Antonio who are looking to further their education (degree programs, certification programs, technical training, vocational schools, etc.).

The Valero Alamo Bowl will provide one military spouse with a one-time $7,500 award. The recipient will be notified before December 12, 2025 and will be invited to the Valero Alamo Bowl Kickoff Luncheon Presented by USAA on December 29, 2025 and the Valero Alamo Bowl football game on December 30, 2025 as an honored guest.

Submit your application by December 5, 2025 at 11:59 pm to be considered.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You reside within 75 miles of San Antonio, whether you're living off-base or stationed temporarily on-base.

- You are a MilSpouse to a currently-serving Active Duty service member or a currently-serving National Guardsman/Reservist, OR you are a spouse of a verified Veteran from any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. We may request verification of service.

- You can show proof of enrollment or pending-enrollment in a continuing education program, which can include degree programs, certificate programs, technical training, or vocational school. We may ask for this documentation.

All applications will be carefully reviewed and a recipient will be chosen and awarded by the Valero Alamo Bowl.
