WHAT IS BEER YOGA?!?
Beer yoga is a fun twist (pun intended!) on traditional yoga.
The challenge: To hold the beer in your hand the entire time without setting it down, activating your arm muscles and balance...so, do your lotus pose while grasping your cold lager (which studies show reduces lactic acid and muscle soreness). Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as you reap yoga's physical and mental benefits.
