Embark on a farm-to-table culinary intensive workshop, immersing in sustainable practices, ingredient sourcing, and hands-on cooking techniques to craft delectable dishes with fresh, local produce.

Led by Chef Paulette Licitra, learn authentic Italian cooking techniques while including the best from the farm’s bounty! Our menu will include what is known as “market basket” ingredients. This means we’ll cook what is in season now, and what the farm is growing now. We can adjust almost any recipe to include these best-of-the-moment stars.
