Join us for an impactful and uplifting evening dedicated to mental health awareness and suicide prevention at the vibrant Barca Bar in Castlefield, Manchester.

Hosted by Silverfinger Singh, this event aims to bring our community together to foster hope, connection, and support for those struggling with mental health challenges. Fundraising money towards ongoing community projects.

Our event brings together a panel of remarkable guest speakers including “2 Time Attempted Suicide Survivor, Top #2 Netflix Producer & Channel 4 host of “Get a House for Free”, Marco Robinson. Mental Health Activist, John Junior alongside Charlie the Duck. Mandem-Meetup Founder Jamie Dennis and many more will share their personal journeys and experiences with mental health challenges.

Through their candid narratives, we'll explore triumphs over adversity, resilience in the face of struggles, and the importance of reaching out for support. These stories will remind us that we are never alone in our battles.
