Welcome Home Gala benefits Rogerson Communities
Why Support Us
Your support will have a significant impact on older adults who need a place to call home.
Founded in 1860, Rogerson now serves more than 2,000 Boston-area families through 29 locations and programs, providing older adults with greater independence and longevity. Strong community support is the backbone of our success. We are directly impacting:
Affordable Housing. We create or renovate affordable housing units, providing safe, stable homes for low- and median-income older adults.
Community Development. We revitalize and strengthen communities through housing opportunities, encouraging economic development and improving neighborhood stability.
Social Services Integration. We offer integrated social services to residents, including adult day health programs, coordination of health services, and socialization activities.
Capacity Building. This includes professional development, technology, and other resources that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our
organization.
Advocacy. We drive civic leadership and engagement at the local and national levels.
With 2,000 units of affordable housing across 29 communities and programs—from Worcester to Weymouth, Jamaica Plain to Norton—Rogerson helps low- and median-income older adults through all stages of aging.
Your generosity allows us to:
—Work with municipalities across the Commonwealth to meet the urgent need for affordable housing
—Help alleviate the effects that loneliness and isolation have on the physical and mental health of older adults
—Coordinate access to services and healthcare for those who need it most
Your investment in Rogerson helps us realize our vision of a world where all older adults are valued and empowered to age with dignity within their community.
