Brian Bray
A fourth-generation member of the Bray family, Brian Bray was born and raised in Western Colorado and has worked with Bray & Company since 2004. 

He began his career in residential, farm and ranch, and development real estate before transitioning into commercial sales and leasing. 

Before joining the family brokerage, Brian owned and managed businesses and worked in construction.

As Managing Advisor of Bray Business Advisors Group, he leads a team of merger and acquisition professionals, helping owners understand business value, improve profitability and prepare for a future sale while helping buyers evaluate opportunities and manage transaction risks.


Andrea Haitz
Andrea Haitz is a Business Broker and Commercial REALTOR® with Bray Business Advisors Group and Bray Commercial.  

With 20 years of real estate experience, she brings a broad understanding of buying, selling, owning and investing in property. Andrea and her husband are small-business owners and real estate investors, giving her firsthand perspective on the opportunities and challenges owners face.  

She draws on that practical experience to help business owners and investors understand their options, evaluate opportunities and navigate business and commercial real estate transactions with confidence.

 Andrea is passionate about providing the insight clients need to make informed decisions and achieve their long-term goals.
Dominic Jones
Dominic brings nearly 15 years of experience in business operations, entrepreneurship and real estate investment to Bray Business Advisors Group. 
Since entering real estate investment in 2011, he has owned and operated multiple companies, including oil and gas service and freight businesses with operations across the United States and Canada. 

His career spans frontline operations, marketing, property management, team leadership and multimillion-dollar logistics. This experience gives Dominic a practical understanding of what drives business performance and value. 

As an owner, investor, operator and advisor, he helps clients evaluate opportunities and prepare their businesses for growth, transition or sale with greater clarity and confidence.
