Wilderness & Wellness Event
Element: Earth
Join us on September 14 for grounding and connection to the earth
Join Wilderness & Wellness to celebrate the natural elements with a series of guided mindfulness experiences for women in the St. Croix River Valley. We will explore various state parks in Minnesota and Wisconsin and embrace the elements of water, fire, earth and air.

Our elemental journey will conclude on Thursday, September 14 at 6:00 PM at Wild River State Park along the banks of the wild and scenic St. Croix River. Enjoy an evening of hiking, guided meditation, sound healing, earthing and community connection.

Gather at Wild River State Park to honor the element of earth as we focus and nourish ourselves through our connection to the natural world. We will explore the trails near the river while taking advantage of nature's healing benefits with a lesson in earthing. Plan to take rest near the campfire for a relaxing guided meditation and sound bath. Meeting with like-minded women in the community will leave you feeling centered, connected, and inspired.

Nourishment will be provided. Space is limited. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another participant. This is a rain or shine event. Details will be shared closer to the event to paid participants.
