Dr. Kenisha L. Williams is an author, leadership strategist, and former public-school principal whose work centers on helping women and leaders grow from the inside out. She spent 22 years in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal before transitioning into entrepreneurship to found TransFormNation Training & Development, LLC, where she now speaks, writes, and coaches nationally.
As a multi-book author, Dr. Kenisha writes for both children and adults, exploring themes of identity, courage, awareness, emotional growth, and leadership. Her books challenge readers to look within, confront limiting beliefs, and rise into their fullest potential. Whether through storytelling or stage presence, she is passionate about helping women recognize that their voice, lived experience, and resilience are powerful tools for impact.

⚫Dr. Ayo Adenuga, MD, MPH, MBA
Dr. Ayo Adenuga is a distinguished Public Health Physician and the visionary founder of IEA Impact Consulting experienced in working in both public, non- profit, and private sectors to advance health equity and leadership development through organizations’ strategic alignment. She is passionate about removing barriers to care and improving health outcomes and leadership skills for underserved populations.
She is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer passionate about empowering professionals to lead with clarity and purpose. She specializes in healthcare leadership, career strategy, communication training, and system building.

Temi Bolaji-Jegede is a speaker, author, and transformational guide helping high-achieving women lead from wholeness, not exhaustion. With 19 years of experience in the global tech space across project and program delivery, change management, and product management, she has led in high-performance environments while navigating the very patterns so many women silently carry—overwhelm, burnout, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.

Dr. Lucy A. Villarreal is a leadership and personal development coach, trainer, and speaker who helps educators and organizational leaders strengthen communication, increase self-awareness, and lead with greater intentionality. She is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, a Maxwell DISC Certified Consultant, and a Certified 5 Behaviors Consultant, with additional credentials as a Certified Behavioral Analyst.
Dr. Villarreal brings a unique blend of practical leadership tools and real-world experience, including her background as a retired public-school educator, to support leaders in building trust, improving team culture, and creating results. Through her work with Collective Learning Consulting and VReal Coaching, she partners with districts and leadership teams to develop stronger leaders at every level.
