Winter Retreat, Day 1
- Fly into SLC, check in to accommodations
- 4:00 - 5:00 pm Check in to houses: The Raddon / Parkite / Main Street Escape (Early arrivals may store luggage and gear at The Raddon)
- 5:00 - 6:00 pm Optional: get fitted for skis or snowboards at The Raddon
- 6:00 - 7:00 pm Dinner at Main Street Escape, our main meeting house.
- 7:00 - 8:00 pm: Intros & Opening Leadership Session
March 1
Winter Retreat, Day 2
- 7:00 - 9:00 am Light breakfast at Main House
- 9:00 - 12:00 pm Leadership Sessions at Main House
- 1:00 - 5:30 pm Ski/snowboard or other winter activities on your own
- 5:30 pm Group Dinner at Courchevel Bstro (201 Heber Ave, Park City)
March 2
Winter Retreat, Day 3
- 7:00 - 9:00 am Light breakfast at Main House
- 9:00 - 12:00 pm Leadership Sessions at Main House
- 12:00 pm Light Lunch & Check out (For those staying longer, luggage and gear may be stored at the Main House)

This event will focus on leadership development for CTOs operating at levels 0-4.

- For those who reserved a spot with a non-refundable deposit of $200, full payment is now due.

Depending on our final headcount, we will be renting Airbnbs in Park City, UT or securing hotel rooms.

How do I get there?
Please fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). Once we get closer to the event, we will follow up with location details so you can arrange for transportation!
What is your cancellation policy?
7CTOs is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all of our members. If public health or safety concerns require us to reschedule or cancel the event, we will reapply your registration fees toward dues or future events. Otherwise, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to ensure that bookings may be finalized without impact to the other attendees.
