In honor of Women's History Month, the Friends of the Hermitage proudly presents: The Women of the Hermitage.

The Hermitage still stands today due to the efforts and determination of a number of remarkable women who lived here from the time of Anne DeVisme and her daughter (and future wife of Aaron Burr) Theodosia Provost in 1767, through the last of the Rosencrantz family, who occupied the historic landmark for 163 years, Mary Elizabeth, in 1970.

Please join our amazing guest speaker Marion Brown and hear about the lives of the strong and determined women who lived and protected the Hermitage from destruction over more than 200 years.

Tickets are $20.00 each and can be purchased below! We will also be offering a special "Women of the Hermitage Tour" in the historic house for an additional $10 immediately following the lecture! (Note: Tickets for the special tour are limited!)
