Step into the Women Build experience. This powerful initiative brings women from across our community together to build safer, stronger neighborhoods on construction sites led entirely by women.

Over the course of two months, Women Build teams take two homes from concrete slabs to finished spaces, with structure, siding and care built into every detail. The work is hands-on and meaningful, and just as important, it creates connection, teamwork and a shared sense of purpose.

Thirty team leaders each recruit a team of 10 and guide their groups through both building and fundraising to cover the cost of materials. Each participant commits to $250, or teams may fundraise $2,500 to support a full crew of 10.

Together, we are not just building houses. We are building confidence, community, and homes that will change families’ futures.
