Focus
The Women in Luxury Real Estate Summit is the definitive event for professionals in the larger luxury real estate ecosystem comprising agents, brokers, managers, marketing executives, interior designers, architects, developers, materials suppliers, attorneys, mortgage bankers, appraisers, analysts and prop-tech people. Collectively, they are literally involved each year in transactions running into the tens of billions of dollars.

Women play a leading role in the buying and selling of luxury residential real estate in the United States and key markets overseas. Without doubt, they are the backbone of the luxury real estate ecosystem with their financial verve, market savvy and relationship-building prowess.

Why attend
This conference, a collaboration between networking-oriented conference organizer Luxury Roundtable and its sister real estate marketing agency Luxboro, celebrates and highlights women in luxury real estate and the role they play in the overall ecosystem to connect buyers and sellers of residential property, and embellish the properties inside and outside.

As agents and brokers, women facilitate real estate transactions that earn the loyalty and trust of home buyers and sellers. As interior designers, architects, art advisers and materials purveyors, they help plan the flow of the homes and gardens, and bring to life dreams through efficient use of light and space as well as furniture, fixtures, art and antiques. As developers, they build homes and towers with distinctive designs in attractive districts. As attorneys and mortgage executives, they help with the financial and legal details, ensuring that everything lines up with the property purchase or sale.

As much as highlighting the opportunities in front of them, the Women in Luxury Real Estate Summit will also raise issues and challenges that women professionals in the larger luxury real estate business face, and how to overcome them. Professionals in the audience will hear from professionals in the field.

Who should attend
This agenda-setting daylong forum will convene luxury agents, brokers, brokerage executives, interior designers, materials purveyors, developers, architects, lawyers, marketers, prop-tech players, analysts, consultants and ecosystem supporters at the top of their game. This one day will help shape your strategy and thinking for the next 364 days ahead.

How’s the Market: State of Luxury Real Estate
Depending on the location, demand for luxury residential property remains strong. However, the global uncertainty over U.S.-imposed import tariffs has scrambled the equation for many sectors. Will luxury real estate be the beneficiary of asset diversification, and which geographical markets are attractive value propositions? Where are the buyers coming from? What are the younger affluent generations seeking in their home preferences? Clear cooperation or walled-garden private listings? What about interest rates? Also, is the dust settled over commissions and legal wrangles on that issue?
