Helene Weir has over four decades of YMCA leadership, turning around struggling associations and navigating complex challenges across the U.S. and Canada. With experience as CEO, Senior VP, and strategic advisor, she offers a seasoned perspective on the risks and realities YMCAs face and how to overcome them.

Teri McGuill
Teri McGuill, CFRE has over 30 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, leading award-winning YMCA initiatives that have secured millions in support. Her expertise in building donor relationships and driving community impact makes her a powerful voice on the role of philanthropy in advancing mission.

Rosemary Lengefeld
Rosemary Lengefeld brings over 20 years of YMCA leadership in operations, brand strategy, marketing, and communications. From launching new facilities to leading association-wide membership and marketing initiatives, she understands how brand alignment can strengthen philanthropy and drive community impact.
Ash Davis
Ashley Davis is a Senior Analyst at Triangle2 Solutions focusing on Market Research and Membership Engagement. With a background in nonprofit operations and change management across Europe and Asia, she applies the Working Genius model to help teams harness their unique strengths and enhance collaboration.
Lara Gilchrist

Lara is the CEO of Traction Rec with over 20 years in tech, leading teams in product, customer experience, and sales. She’s passionate about empowering customers through better technology.
Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, skiing, and volunteering. She co-founded 10 Women Strong to mentor young women and lives in North Vancouver with her family and two spoiled dogs.


Suzanne McCormick
Suzanne McCormick is the first woman to lead YMCA of the USA, supporting over 2,600 YMCAs and 17 million members nationwide. With 30+ years in nonprofit leadership, she previously served as U.S. President of United Way Worldwide and led major initiatives to build stronger, more inclusive communities.
Recognized by Forbes and The NonProfit Times for her impact, Suzanne is also a Peace Corps alumna and serves on several national nonprofit boards.
