Suluh is a seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience in innovation, client experience, and business transformation. As the EY Americas Immersive Client Experience Leader and a Partner with EY wavespace Americas, she’s at the forefront of creating immersive experiences that bring people together to solve complex challenges, spark fresh thinking, and drive meaningful collaboration.

Suluh began her career in public relations after graduating from Santa Clara University with a double major in Communications and Political Science. Over the years, she stepped into key roles that sharpened her expertise in innovation and client-centered solutions, and in 2018 she joined EY, bringing her strategic insight to the wavespace team.
Today, Suluh leads initiatives that connect business strategy, operations, and technology, helping organizations across every sector grow and transform. Her work has produced innovative solutions that elevate client experiences and improve how organizations operate. Just as important, she’s known for building cultures of creativity and teamwork, where people feel empowered to imagine what’s possible and work together to make it happen.

Amber Flynn-Jared is the owner and broker of The Real Estate Collective in Cookeville, Tennessee, where she leads with more than 15 years of experience helping families and individuals across the Upper Cumberland find their place to call home. She earned her real estate license in 2009 and has since built a reputation for guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity, care, and a strong sense of community.

Beyond real estate, Amber is a serial entrepreneur who saw an opportunity to use her talents to help people make their American dream come true. She’s shared her perspective on local public television and community podcasts, including conversations about real estate, housing, and affordability in the Upper Cumberland.

With an entrepreneur’s drive and a people-first heart, Amber brings energy, practical insight, and a passion for connection to this year’s Gathering.

Jody Alexander is President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Richmond, with more than three decades of Y leadership across membership, programs, operations, and child care. From swim coach to the YMCA of Central Florida’s first female COO, she brings a deep love for the Y and a proven track record of aligning teams around high-impact priorities.

Lori Swann is CEO and a founding partner of Triangle2 Solutions, where she leads market research and membership development. After 15 years at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee in roles including Branch Executive, VP of Marketing, and SVP of Operations, she now helps YMCAs develop creative, mission-focused growth strategies that boost recruitment and retention. She holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Debbie Metzger brings 40 years of YMCA leadership, including serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at the YMCA of Central Florida, where she led teams across 12 branches in six counties. Now a certified Model-Netics® trainer with Triangle2, she helps Ys build a shared leadership language that turns complexity into clarity, puts values into action, and empowers leaders to lead with confidence.
