Working with a
Multidisciplinary Team
in Community Allied Health
At Better Rehab, we believe that the collaborative power of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) is essential for delivering the best possible outcomes for our participants.

Our dedicated team members, including Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Pathologists (SP), Physiotherapists (PT), Exercise Physiologists (EP), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioners, and Allied Health Assistants (AHA),  bring unique expertise to every case, creating a cohesive approach to participant care.

In this engaging session, you'll learn about:

  • The unique role of each discipline (OT, SP, PT, EP, PBS, AHA) in supporting participant progress and well-being
  • How teamwork within an MDT maximises care impact
  • Challenges and successes in MDT collaboration
  • Best practices for effective team communication and intervention consistency
  • When to refer participants within the MDT

This webinar will provide valuable insights into how a well-functioning multidisciplinary team can support you in delivering impactful, person-centred care.
