World Cup Outreach
Join us June 6–July 11, 2026
Human trafficking can increase during large sporting events. During the six weeks the World Cup is in Atlanta, outreach teams will visit motels and hotels where human exploitation may be occurring to help staff recognize and report possible human trafficking. Teams can also offer prayer, encouragement, and the hope of the Gospel to the staff who stand on the frontlines of preventing human trafficking every day. Through these encounters, staff members have given their lives to Christ.
During this outreach, teams will also distribute flyers of missing children thought to be in our region from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Through these efforts, children and teenagers have been located and brought to safety.
This is a Christian ministry opportunity, and volunteers should be comfortable serving in a faith-based environment and affirming basic Christian beliefs.
