Bill Laing
Bill has been writing & photographing for publication since he was 16 years old. He has attended a multitude of writing classes & conferences, and considers Larry Brooks his mentor (although if you called Larry, he'd probably reply 'Who?'). Bill attended college, studying to be a Secondary School Band Director.
