What is The Winning Women Conference?
The Winning Women Conference is a powerful encounter where women unite as a strong sisterhood from diverse backgrounds and cultures to be revived and immersed in the presence of God. In addition, this Conference gather women together to highlight their voices and stories, to recognize their value, to reinforce their self-worth, to bring transparency to their contributions and to cheer their successes. The daughters of God are strengthened and stirred as they hear powerful testimonies of women who have prevailed. This unforgettable experience is God’s way of pouring out His love on His Daughters who are “Winning Women!”
This is the year to be UNLOCKED! We have been given keys to the Kingdom and there shall be a demonstration and manifestation of God's power and presence to UNLOCK His people to overcome barriers, obstacles strong holds, such as mental illness, traumas, substance abuse, depression, health challenges and suicidal thoughts to name a few. We seek to promote mental, emotional and spiritual healing and wholeness with Christ at the center of it all.
This is the first year that we are hosting a two-day conference. Friday worship encounter is free and open to the public. Both Men AND Women are welcome to attend! However, Saturday's worship encounter is for women ONLY and women MUST register to attend.
Our prayer is that every person who attends the Winning Women Conference leaves knowing that they have encountered the glory of Glory of God to ignite them to move from limitations to champions!

Apostle Antoinette Hilliard
Host/Visionary
Apostle Antoinette Hilliard loves serving together beside her husband Apostle Ken Hilliard as Overseers of Grace and Glory Encounter Ministries in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She considers it a high honor to be one of God’s chosen Kingdom vessels to continue in the works of Jesus Christ.
Her love for Jesus is evident in her worship and consecration. She loves to encounter the glory of God and usher those into His presence through her gift of pure prophetic worship. It is her conviction that “an encounter with JESUS and you will never be the same.”
In 2022, Apostle Antoinette and her husband were both publicly Affirmed as Apostle’s in the Lord’s Church. She has a strong apostolic, prophetic and deliverance grace and passionately teaches and preaches from the heart of God. She is anointed to develop disciples, raise up intercessors, train prophetic voices and equip deliverance teams. She is committed to seeing lives changed and the glory released wherever God sends her to minister.
In addition, Antoinette is the visionary of the “Winning Women Conference" and she host a weekly Facebook Broadcast entitled “Friday Fire!” Together with her husband, Apostle Antoinette also host the "King Jesus Encounter Conference" and "Kingdom Kouples Marriage Symposium.”
Apostle Antoinette’s first ministry is to her family. She passionately loves her husband, and she is the proud Mother of two beautifully anointed children Jarrell and Jaqual and a beautiful bonus son Tre’Vion. Apostle Antoinette has one amazing Daughter-In-Love, Tanika. One of her greatest joys is being a grandmother of three brilliant grandchildren Princess Jariah, Prince Jaydon and Princess Jasmine.
I Corinthians 2:4 is the heart of Apostle Antoinette’s Kingdom Ministry, “And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.”
