REACH is a non-profit organization established in 2004.   REACH stands for Restore, Educate, Affirm, Cultivate, and Help. REACH operates in Indiana and focus in three cities - Muncie (Delaware County), Indianapolis (Marion County), and Evansville (Vanderburgh County).  REACH was incorporated to provide programs, offer services, and engage in other activities that promote and support community development. REACH's goal is to create opportunities for economic development, promote health awareness, financial services, social services, education, neighborhood revitalization, senior and youth programming, as well as any services that will build, develop, support, and train people.
