Meet the Instructor -

Polina has been a certified Naam Yoga teacher since 2009 and Harmonyum I & II practitioner since 2016. Besides from her studies in esoteric knowledge and yoga she has been a musician , producer and audio engineer which brought her to the understanding of the power of Naam Yoga in its totality in health as well as life. Polina focuses on rhythm in our bodies, breath and movement therefore music is a base in all her classes.
