Looking to improve your lacrosse skills and have fun? Look no further! Arapahoe High School in collaboration with Denver Club Women's Lacrosse is running a 3 hour clinic on Sunday May 21st. The clinic will run from 9am-12pm. Open to youth girls lacrosse players of ALL skill levels in 3rd-8th grade.

Register and Venmo @Arap-GirlsLax with the player name in the description by May 5/13 $50. (If you register before 5/13 and are choosing to not pay with Venmo you may pay at day of registration).

After May 5/13 and Day of registration $60.

Check-in opens at 8am on the 21st. Payment is due at check-in on the day of! We will accept Venmo, Cash, Checks, or are happy to find something that works for you and your family!

Get ready to channel your inner lacrosse superstar because this clinic is going to be a high-energy blast! With a team of over 25 University of Denver Club Girls Lacrosse players and the coaching staff from Arapahoe High School Girls Lacrosse Teams, you'll be surrounded by a group of passionate and enthusiastic players ready to share their love for the game.

The clinic will be split into teams based on skill and grade, so you'll be able to focus on improving your lacrosse abilities with players who are at a similar level. Throughout the day, you'll move between various stations, where you'll take part in exciting games, and drill sessions to help develop your skills.

And the best part? All positions will be covered, including goalie and draw coaching. So, whether you're a seasoned veteran or just starting, you'll have the opportunity to fine-tune your game and learn new techniques from experienced coaches. Get ready to bring your A-game, because this clinic is going to be a high-energy and fun-filled experience you won't want to miss!

Clinic proceeds go to the DU Club Lacrosse Program and AHS Girls Lacrosse Program.

Arapahoe High School Lacrosse Coach 
Kate Moreland played varsity lacrosse at Heritage for 4 years. Then went to play D1 at Stetson University. Since then, she has coached various ages of youth players from 2nd-7th grade. And, was coaching at Golden High School until joining Arapahoe High School in 2023.

Clare Laughery
Arapahoe High School Lacrosse Coach 
Clare Laughery played goalie at Central Michigan University (2016-2019) and was a member of the 2018 SoCon championship team. Clare has experience coaching youth lacrosse, as well as coaching players aiming to play at the college level at many camps and has coached goalies from youth to the college level. Clare joined the Arapahoe Girls Lacrosse staff in 2023.

25+ DU Club Women's Lacrosse Players
University of Denver students from all over the U.S.. All have grown up playing, love the game, and are eager and excited to coach. Many are CPR Certified.
