This retreat is created for Professional and Entrepreneur women who deal with a high volume lifestyle and need to unplug, recenter, and reset. You will learn to do just that through the natural healing of your body and mind to create peace, joy while improving your health and happiness.

Having had 20+ years of a busy corporate lifestyle I know first hand the expectations and how exhausting it is. It's also quite difficult to find balance in any aspect of life. Always being "on-call" or "married" to your job while dealing with your mind that NEVER shuts off. This creates imbalances and affects your sleep, relationships, health, and your happiness!

I used to....
Have nightmares about work and talk in my sleep.
Take calls at all hours affecting my relationships.
Over work myself until I was exhausted and sick.
Have difficulties focusing on anything but work.
Worry all the time!

BUT...One day, I decided to put myself a priority and make changes by implementing holistic modalities. These modalities are life changing and allowed me to let "stuff" go and be a positive thinker. So for several years I've been teaching Professionals and Entrepreneurs how to do the same.

Event Itinerary
Each modality for The Zenerouslife Experience was carefully selected and planned to compliment each other while providing progression in the health of your mind body and spirit. Very similar to a three course meal! 
part 1 - Your APPETIZER
You'll be seated and encouraged to get comfortable in a powerful Reiki infused room.

We'll then start with an introduction and discuss what you can expect so your anxious mind can relax and feel safe. As a group we'll connect so NO ONE feels alone and EVERYONE feels supported, safe, and comfortable.

Intentions and purpose for the day will be set.

Tai Chi QiGong Shibashi will be used as body movement to get our minds and body synchronized, relaxed, and flowing as a group.

We'll take a morning break.
part 2 - Your MAIN COURSE
A body scan and drum guided meditation will be coupled with light hypnotherapy (hypnotherapy optional) to bring you into a comfortable and deep state of relaxation to expand your experience.

Sound therapy with the use of drums to break up blockages and stagnant energy. But also to help you further your self connection and travel within.

Somatic breathwork for personal healing and growth with a nice release and reset.
part 3 - Your DESSERT
We conclude your experience with additional sound therapy. A sound bath meditation using crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, gongs, and other beautiful instruments to allow the accepting of centering, balance and recovery.

Group energy healing (Reiki) to assist with the receiving of peace, joy, and motivation.

Guided journaling to follow sound therapy.

Questions, thoughts, and shares will be accepted at the end.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

For this event, we've restricted the age to 15.
However, we understand that some children under 15 may be experienced to these modalities and mature so we are open to discuss the possibility. You may contact us to discuss your situation and we can come to a conclusion together.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You definitely don't need to go out and buy a new outfit lol! Wear something that you are comfortable in and would wear to the gym. You may want to bring a sweater or sweatshirt as well. **Sometimes the room may run cold, so please bring appropriate gear to keep you warm and comfortable.


WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Yoga mat, 2 pillows, 1-2 blankets, eye mask or scarf, water, lip balm, journal (optional), inhaler (if you have asthma)

**You'll spend 1-2 hours laying on the floor. If you have back concerns, please bring extra padding to assist with your comfort.


IS PARKING FREE?

Most of the venues will have free parking. However, some may require a fee.

SHOULD I EAT BEFORE THE EVENT?

Yes, please! Try to eat an hour prior to the event and I'd suggest to keep it light. After the event you'll probably be very hungry so you can save your larger meal for that.
