Who: This camp is suited best for  intermediate players (rising 6th - 8th)

What: We will group campers by both age and ability to ensure maximum growth by all. We will place focus on skills while incorporating as much game play as possible.

When: June 3-6 (M-Th) — Doors to open at 12:40 with camp hours being 1-4 pm.

Who: This camp is suited best for beginners to intermediate beginners (rising 3rd - 6th)

What: We will group campers by both age and ability to ensure maximum growth by all. We will place focus on FUN mental while incorporating as much game play as possible.

When: June 10-13 Doors to open at 12:40 with camp hours being 1-4 pm.

Where: Mayport Rd Gym, Atlantic Beach

We are excited to have you join EmpowHER's 3rd season of beach training. This summer we are looking to up our level of commitment to the program and athletes will be asked to commit to training for both May and June.  If you have any known conflicts - please let us know upfront so we can plan accordingly.

We are offering two training options 

-- May + June 2 day $500 ($550 with Jersey) 

-- May + June 3 day  $610 ($650 with Jersey)

May trainings - M | W @ 4:45 - 6:30

June trainings - M | T | TH @ 9 - 10:45

Pricing has been updated to include training only (no tournaments or live coaching) based on feedback.
