The C.A.C.A. 58th Biennial National Convention will held in a hybrid model with in-person and virtual participation.

Free registration. Suggested donation $200 for in-person delegates and non-delegates to cover costs.

All meals for in-person delegates are provided. Non-delegates may join meals held at National Headquarters at no charge. Tickets for restaurant meals will be available for purchase.

Delegates, participating in-person or virtually, are required to register by August 23, 2025, to provide accurate headcount and method of participation. All National Board members must register as delegates.

In-person non-delegates are required to register by August 23, 2025.

No per diem allowance will be provided for in-person delegate attendance.

All sessions and meals will be held at National Headquarters unless otherwise noted.

No workshops are scheduled.

There will be no excursions or non-delegate activities.

The condensed and streamlined schedule includes 16 hours dedicated to convention business, committee reports, resolutions, and discussions.  Plenary sessions are closed and for members only.
All activities will be held at National Headquarters 1044 Stockton Street , unless otherwise noted.
Friday and Saturday are casual attire.  Sunday is business casual attire.

Registration is required for non-delegate in-person attendance.

Non-delegates are welcome to attend meals hosted at National Headquarters.  Individual tickets for off-site meals will be available for purchase.  Off-site meals will be included for non-delegates who donate the suggested $200.

The convention book will be published in a digital format on the national website. A limited number of copies may be printed.  

Local lodges, companies, and organizations are encouraged to advertise. Submissions for ads are due August 23, 2025.

FAQS
Are non-delegates allowed to attend the business meetings?
According to the C.A.C.A. Constitution, all members are allowed to attend open sessions but only delegates will be recognized to address the National Council. In closed sessions, only delegates may attend.  Currently, there are no closed sessions scheduled.

What accommodations are available at National Headquarters if I have trouble with stairs?
There are twelve steps up to the main entry of the building.  The cafeteria area is downstairs but meals can be brought up to the main floor if necessary.

What is the dress code?
Friday and Saturday are casual attire.  Sunday is business casual attire.

Do we need to bring the Lodge banners?
Each lodge should bring its lodge banner to National Headquarters on Thursday, September 4.  They will be hung in the main hall for the duration of the convention.

Is there a list of suggested activities or restaurants to try, for non-delegates or for our time before/after the convention?
We gathered a list of suggested sights to see and restaurants to try. Most, but not all, are within walking distance of Chinatown. Take a look on this page. We will add other suggestions as we hear about them.
