Light Up Musical Card (recommended age range: 14+):
Greeting cards have changed greatly over the years. What once use to be a simple piece of printed paper is now evolved into sounds and lights. Join us as we explore electrical engineering by building greeting cards from scratch that contains LED lights and sound. One workshop is available and starts at 9am, running for 45 minutes.

Light Up Card (recommended age range: 7+):
This activity is a scaled down version of the Light Up Musical Card above, but geared to the younger crowd. Same experience without the sound. Three workshops are available starting at 10:15am, 11am, and 12:30pm, running for 30 minutes each.

Line Following Robot (recommended age range: 13+):
Ever wonder how a roomba works? How does it know to where to go? How does it know not to fall down stairs? This activity will demonstrate electrical engineering as you construct a line following robot with only the use of basic circuitry. Two workshops are available starting at 9am and 10am, running 45 minutes each.

Prosthetic Hand (recommended age range: 14+):
We use our hands for so many things. Can you imagine what life would be like without a hand? Help us give back to those in need by exploring mechanical engineering and building a real prosthetic hand which will be donated to a child who was born without one. See this video for more information about the Helping Hands program. One workshop is available starting at 11:30am, running for 90 minutes

Drones (recommended age range: 12+):
It's a Bird! It's a Plane! No.....It's a Drone! Explore software engineering by building a graphical interface which will be used to send commands to a mini-drone. Participants will learn how to program a drone to takeoff, land, and even perform aerial maneuvers. Three workshops available starting at 9am, 10:30am, and 12pm, running for 45 minutes each.
