Celebrating Catholic Culture
Holy Trinity Academy and Chesterton Academy of Holy Trinity are excited to host the Cultura Vitae Fest, a celebration of Louisiana Catholic culture and heritage. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the campus of Holy Trinity Academy and Chesterton Academy of Holy Trinity in Schriever, LA from 11 am until 5:30 pm. "Cultura Vitae", Latin for the "Culture of Life”, promises to be an action-packed family friendly fun day.

Josh Blakesley
Since the release of his 2003 debut album, Josh Blakesley has become a mainstay in Catholic Christian music. As a prominent artist, composer, producer, and worship leader, Josh is driven by a calling to create music that moves people into prayer and action. His notable songs and recordings include You Are the Light, Mass of Restoration, Beatify (2024), Consumed (2025), as well as numerous collaborative co-writes with artists such as Matt Maher, Sarah Hart, Patrick Mayberry, Sarah Kroger, Ed Cash.
A seasoned live performer and presenter, Josh has led worship at Steubenville Conferences, Life Teen events, World Youth Day events, the National Eucharistic Congress (2024), international festivals and papal events, NFCYM conferences, and 30–50 engagements annually worldwide. He has made numerous appearances on SiriusXM, K-LOVE, and EWTN, and has served as a music director and worship leader in diocesan, parish, and youth ministry settings for over 30 years.
As co-founder and producer at Exeo Music, Josh has produced several solo artists, liturgical and worship projects including the official hymns for the National Eucharistic Congress (English and Spanish), Theme songs for World Youth Days and World Family Days as well as Los Angeles Religious Congress, and many OCP, Integrity, and Echo Harbor releases. His ministry roles include Music Director at St. Faustina Catholic Church (Fulshear, TX) and President of HopeComesAlive.org. Awards and recognitions include the 2004 Unity Award (New Artist of the Year), international honors at papal events, chart success for “You Are the Light,” and a 2024 ACP nomination for Distinguished Composer of the Year. Josh currently lives in Spring, TX with his wife Heather, and their children, Sophie and Sutton

Jack Dardis
Jack Dardis is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, whose music lives at the intersection of alternative folk, Americana, and worship. With heartfelt storytelling, rich acoustic arrangements, and a voice that feels both intimate and powerful, his songs invite listeners into honest conversations about faith, hope, loss, and redemption.
After spending seven years in seminary, Jack found a new calling through songwriting—crafting music that resonates just as deeply in listening rooms and festivals as it does in churches, conferences, and retreats. His authentic approach has taken him to audiences across the United States as well as internationally in Italy and Mexico, where he has led concerts and worship experiences that bridge cultures through music.
Now based in Nashville, Jack continues to write and perform music that is both artistically compelling and spiritually meaningful. Whether opening a festival stage, creating an intimate concert experience, or leading worship for a retreat or conference, Jack brings a genuine presence that connects with audiences of all backgrounds. His performances leave listeners encouraged, challenged, and reminded that beauty and hope can be found even in life's hardest seasons. His music blends alternative folk and worship, creating songs that connect deeply with both the soul and the heart.

Mark Dufrene
Mark Dufrene is a folk and indie singer-songwriter, musician, and counselor based in the Thibodaux and Houma area of Louisiana. Known for his acoustic style and original tracks, he released the 7-song folk-indie album Living in Between and singles like "Petit Jean" and "You are Not Alone”
Lift 3:16 Worship
Lift 3:16 is a Houma-based nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering faith formation throughout the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, led by Alec Hebert and Brian Naquin. Inspired by John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life," the ministry exists to share the love of Christ and lead others into a deeper relationship with Him. Through worship nights, youth and adult retreats, conferences, and other faith-filled gatherings, Lift 3:16 seeks to inspire and equip current and future generations of the Church.
From this mission, "Lift 3:16 Worship" was formed. Although the members have been leading worship together in various capacities for more than 25 years, they officially united as Lift 3:16 Worship in 2022. Since then, the group has continued to share their passion for Christ through music and ministry. In 2024, they released their debut album, Set Free, with a second album currently in development.
Made up of talented local Catholic musicians, Lift 3:16 Worship is committed to creating meaningful encounters with God through authentic worship and inspiring others to draw closer to Christ. The group currently consists of Matt Bourgeois, Kayla LeBlanc, Alec Hebert, Doug Hamilton, Kerry Authement, and Jason Neal.
