Where should personal vehicles park?
Enter campus from Camelback Road at 30th Drive; a parking guard will direct you to the main parking structure.
Where do buses drop off and pick up students?
Buses enter from 32nd Avenue via Camelback Road, drop guests off at the tent in the bus parking lot. Busses can choose to park and stay for the event or exit campus on Camelback Road via 32nd Avenue.
Do I need to register for labs and tours?You will have the opportunity to select up to five sessions for your group to attend during the registration process. Please note that we cannot guarantee groups will get all of their selections. Sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis when group permission forms have been received.
Is lunch provided?Yes, lunch will be provided for registered guests at noon.
When does registration close?
Registration closes on March 9. Permission forms are due by March 16. Registration may close early if event capacity is reached.
