I’ve been working in the mobile game industry for slightly over 4 years now. I started my journey in the UA of Play-to-earn apps. We had high bids and were unique to the industry KPIs. But at some point, I needed a new challenge and as games were always part of my life, I came to Sunday, a hyper-casual games developer and publisher based in Hamburg. Switching the products meant basically dividing the CPIs but increasing the product pace by a factor of 10. :) And Now in my position as Head of Growth, I am responsible for all the UA and Monetization related activities of the company.

I’m Sena, and I work at justDice in Hamburg, the best city in Germany. justDice is a mobile app and game developer specialising in honest play & earn products. As a UA Manager, I run several media channels across various products with millions of global players.

I began my career in 2017, stepping into the mobile market in Turkey and working with global SaaS companies as an Account Manager. But over time, my mobile gaming enthusiasm flourished after I joined Product Madness as part of their marketing team. Jonathan Winters is an accomplished marketing professional with over nine years of experience in the mobile games industry. He is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Snowprint Studios, where he brings his expertise to grow their award-winning tactical RPG Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus. I'm David and I have been part of this fantastic industry for 5 years now, having spent most of those as an Online Marketing Manager at Bytro, where we develop and publish free-to-play strategy games available on desktop and mobile platforms.

During that time, I have advertised different games through different advertising platforms, but I'm currently the main responsible for the marketing of Conflict of Nations, the World War III-themed game developed by our sister company, Dorado Games, and I have explored TikTok Ads quite extensively during the last couple of years.

This will be my second time attending Gamesforum, and my first time presenting. Hopefully, it won't be the last!

Marion has been doing influencer marketing since 2014. She started in an influencer management software company, where she handled hundreds of campaigns for clients from all industries. After a few years, she realized she needed more depth in metrics and more impact on strategy so she decided to move over to the client side. She built and executed the influencer marketing strategy for multiple games in different genres with various audiences.

After multiple years of building and executing the influencer marketing strategy in several mobile gaming studios, she decided to move to the consulting sector to diversify the projects and apps on which she works.

Nadir Garouche, an experienced mobile growth consultant, has been helping game and app developers achieve success through his expertise. With over a decade of experience in growth functions at prominent gaming publishers and developers such as Gameloft, Spil Games, Tilting Point and Tactile Games, Nadir brings extensive knowledge of game marketing to the table.

I’ve been working at Miniclip for 5 years and a half now, and I’ve always been a part of the Ads monetisation team. I ended up in this industry by chance, having started in a junior position, without any idea of how advertising monetisation worked!
I love working in the games industry, especially the monetisation area – it’s always changing, it allows me to work with different teams, and, in my opinion, it’s the perfect blend between product management, tech/operations, and data analytics.
