About Us
Glow & Gather was created by two Licensed Estheticians with one goal in mind: creating a community of new and seasoned estheticians to collaborate, inspire, and learn. We believe in Community over Competition and creating professional business relationships and a strong network within the community.
Glow and Gather was created by Jackie Rodman, founder of the professional Estheticians of San Antonio Facebook Group, and L.E of 4 years. Partnered with Desiree Flores, owner of Haus of Bella Esthetics and Moderator of the Esthetician’s of San Antonio Facebook Group.
Together, they released there were not many resources or education for Licensed Esthetician’s in the South of Texas. So that’s when they decided to create Glow & Gather and bring education, networking, and a social event catered to Licensed Esthetician’s to San Antonio.

Anh is a Licensed Esthetician and the founder of Kora Esthetics, a practice built on the belief in the transformative power of self care. Anh’s creative journey took an unexpected turn when, while building her esthetics presence on instagra, she discovered a passion for photography and videography. This newfound love allowed her to expand her offerings, providing comprehensive visual services, including branding shoots and visual content. Through these mediums, she helps businesses and individuals authentically showcase their unique brand story.

Bree has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2012, and created her own waxing company, Rebel Wax in 2022, and owns Rebel Wax. Bree now dedicates her time to filming educational content, developing products, and educating estheticians. She has been setting her own standards since the beginning and wants to help others do the same By teaching them how to unleash their talent and make their mark on the beauty industry!

Ella Cressman is a Licensed Esthetician, certified organic skincare formulator, and a business owner with a passion for skincare ingredients. She graduated from the college of International Esthetics in 2007, and became an educator in 2009, focusing on empowering industry professionals to understand skincare from an ingredient perspective. In 2014, she earned an Organic Skincare Formulation Certificate and later an Organic Skincare Formulation Diploma from Formula Botanica in 2018. Ella Operates a successful skincare practice in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, specializing in corrective skin treatments. Additionally, Ella Co-Hosts ASCP Esty Talk Podcast where she shares her expertise with fellow estheticians.
