Matt Axton is a California-based singer-songwriter, guitarist, and band leader whose music offers a “humble slice of Americana,” blending folk, funk, country, blues, and rock. Known for his calm yet commanding storytelling, Matt captivates listeners with his rich baritone voice and intricate finger-picking guitar style.

Tulsa Time House Concerts are always BYOB and potluck events. We open the gates at 6:30 with music starting at 7:30. This gives everyone an opportunity to choose their seats then grab a bite and mingle with like minded music lovers. House concerts have become popular among people who want a more intimate setting, a safe and welcoming place for those who come solo and a chance to see and hear their favorite artists without the distractions of a club. Everyone is expected to respect the artist and others at the show by limiting conversations to before and between sets. Drinking, of course, is allowed, but please remember that “When you drink, you’re louder than you think.”
Weather permitting, shows are on the backyard stage, so please bring a lawn chair. Otherwise the show is inside where all seating is provided.

Tulsa Time House Concerts (TTHC) are private concerts in my home. TTHC is not a business but rather gatherings of old and new friends who enjoy live music, fellowship, food and fun. When weather permits the music is outside among the gardens and trees. Ticket purchases are donations to the band. You are welcome to add an additional donation/tip online or at the show.
