The University of Alabama is pleased to host this event with special guest speakers from the FBI, US Dept of State and Reliant Defense (Global Trade Compliance) will present the latest information on security-related university vulnerabilities. The following subjects will be discussed: United States Munitions List (USML), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Export Controls, intellectual property (IP), and other controlled research programs and projects. This workshop will provide attendees with a general overview of Research Security compliance and security vulnerabilities in academia.
