Honored Guests
Rise & Shine will be held Friday, July 1st, 2022 at the McNease Convention Center in San Angelo, Texas. This event is a prom for special needs men and women ages 14 and up. The event is free to attend and we are keeping many of the same elements as our previous events in place to create the best experience for your loved ones. There will be some new activities and faces at the event and I believe it is going to be an amazing night!
Registration must be completed by a parent/caretaker in order to attend the event. If you are registering Honored Guests from a group home/agency, you can register 15 at a time. If you need assistance with group registration, please contact our team. Updates for event information will be sent out via email, text message, or Facebook. To the Parents and Caretakers of our Honored Guests,
Our church has worked with the Tim Tebow Foundation and Night to Shine in San Angelo for 4 years. The TTF operates on a larger network that requires them to err on the side of caution when choosing to have virtual or in-person events. We respect their decision and understand why they feel led to stay in a virtual environment around the world. It has been an honor to work beside them and we appreciate their vision to bring this event to life for your loved ones.
We also believe our calling is to serve the men and women in San Angelo and the surrounding area. Your family is our mission field and we have taken your feedback into consideration as we prayed over the next step for this event. Thank you for supporting us as we move forward with our in-person event.
If this is your first time attending, we are excited and honored to have the opportunity to meet your loved one. This night is designed specifically to remind each Honored Guest how precious they are in the eyes of Christ and this community. To our returning families, it is going to be a joy to see you again!
