Welcome to the registration page for the ABS Learning Seminar Grand Rapids.
We recommend reading all of the following before completing your registration. As with any large event with many options, the details matter!
If you're bringing friends or family and everyone wants to join workshops at the event, it's a good idea for each person to sign up separately. This way, everyone can ensure they get into the workshops they want to attend. It helps avoid any mix-ups and ensures everyone gets the workshops they like.
Add-ons are available on the second page of this registration after you select your event ticket(s). Add-ons include workshops, exhibit critiques, and special event meals that may not be included in certain tickets.
The Thursday Night Reception and Saturday Dinner & Program add-on is only needed for one-day registrations or those bringing a guest with no other registration who will only participate in the event purchased.
Please also ensure that you are not double-booking yourself for workshops. You are only permitted to sign up for one workshop per time slot. Time slots are Friday 9-12 PM, Friday 2-5 PM, Saturday 9-12 PM, and Saturday 2-5 PM. (Limit of 4 possible workshop selections per person with a Full Event Registration, or 2 for a person with a Single Day Registration.)
For workshops with a range of prices for the tree material, your registration only pays the workshop fee. You must purchase the tree you want from the artist teaching that workshop on-site.
If we have questions about your registration, you will be contacted by the event staff. If we cannot contact you, double-booked workshops or mismatched dates for event meals may result in parts of your registration being canceled. Any canceled add-ons will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
Refund Policy: Full refunds are only available for (full or partial) cancelations requested in writing more than 30 days prior to the event. Credit card processing fees will not be refunded if you cancel an add-on or a registration. Only cancelations on the part of ABS will include processing fees that you paid.
