Peter Hauck, Rink Rabbit
Peter Hauck is the founder of Rink Rabbit, an e-commerce brand creating high-quality, performance-focused gear for figure skaters. What began as a basement startup with his wife, Alicen, has grown into a trusted name in the skating community, serving athletes around the world. With a strong entrepreneurial background and a passion for customer-driven product development, Peter brings insight on innovation, brand building, and supporting athletes at every level.
John Meyer, Leadmore
John Meyer is the founder and lead coach of Leadmore, a Sioux Falls–based leadership coaching company helping founders and CEOs grow with clarity, focus, and accountability. A seasoned entrepreneur who has built and sold multiple agencies, John brings real-world perspective on leadership, growth, and culture. He hosts the Leadmore Podcast and is known for practical, inspiring talks that challenge leaders to think differently and take meaningful action.
