Nick & Haley Rapisarda, Dakota Sauna Co
With a passion for holistic health and community, Dakota Sauna Co. is an experience in the transformative power of traditional hot and cold therapy. Haley and Nick hail from the Twin Cities where they met and fell in love with traditional sauna as well as each other. They specialize in private bookings and pop-ups where the Sioux Falls community can experience the power of traditional sauna and cold-plunge.
Maddie Wadman, Third Day Matcha
Maddie Wadman is the founder and owner of Third Day Matcha, a Sioux Falls-based mobile matcha cart serving handcrafted iced matcha drinks made with first-harvest matcha sourced directly from Japan and house-made natural syrups. Inspired by a trip to Japan, Maddie built Third Day Matcha around the values of simplicity, quality, and tradition, creating a unique experience that invites people to slow down and discover the ritual of matcha.
