A peer-led group of Real-estate investing enthusiasts. There are no sponsors, no fees, and no membership dues. The mission is to learn and grow together in our real estate journey through monthly meetups where we share lessons learned and discuss creative methods of growing wealth through Real-estate investing.

About the presenter:
Please welcome Pat Lulewicz, founder of Southern Peak Property Management. Pat has completed dozens of fix and flips from Wilmington to the Triangle and he especially loves focusing on the Triad.
Pat is also a Realtor with BETTER, the host of the TREIA Lunch & Learn, the Pints & Properties event, and an active member of BNI. He loves bringing people together and forming connections. Pat will be presenting on "10 Things to Include in Your Lease:  A Guide For Investors"
