We tell our adult children to be independent, then wonder why they pull away. We worry about control, then feel the ache of disconnection. Is there a way to hold on and let go at the same time?

Roots andWings is a thoughtful conversation for adults navigating relationships with their grown children through the lens of Jewish values and clinical insight. Led by Rabbi Claudio Kaiser-Blueth and Clinician Judy Spira, this program offers practical guidance and meaningful reflection on the evolving parent–adult child relationship, helping participants cultivate stronger, meaningful family relationships through every stage of adulthood.

Expect a warm, candid evening for parents ready to look at an old relationship in a new way — and the first session in Renewing Relationships, a three-part series from BeWellATL, on reconnecting with the people closest to us.

Light refreshments will be served.
